stupid rules

jesus WTF is with these new rules?! it's stupid! ok i wanted to submit a drawing that i did but i EDITED it on photoshop, you know, just fixed up some resolution qualities and stuff. but there are all these rules that you have to read through when catagorizing some new piece of art! o_O i don't have the attention span to do that! arrrg i hate stuff like this. why does it matter? this isn't my art portfolio! >.<
